Endowment Gifts
Make a lasting investment in the future of Northern Michigan’s waters. Endowment gifts provide long-term financial stability by growing over time, with only the earnings supporting our work while the principal remains protected for the future. Charitable gifts received can be placed in the general Endowment Fund or designated for the Watershed Council’s education funds at both the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation and the Charlevoix County Community Foundation.

Our general Endowment Fund was established in 1990 and continues to provide long-term financial stability for our work.

This fund was established as a permanent endowment to provide a lasting source of income for Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council.
