Join us Saturday, October 11th, for a POD Drug Drop-off event to properly dispose of unwanted medications and protect our waters! From 9 to 1, you can drop off over-the-counter medications, prescription meds including controlled substances, and even pet medications at the Petoskey McLaren Campus. Just bring your unwanted medications to Hospital Circle Drive off Mitchell Street. Keep all drugs in their original boxes, making sure to black out personal information on prescription containers. Don’t remove the names of the medications–they’re needed to properly sort them.

The POD Program is a multicounty-wide medication drug-take back initiative to provide a convenient and environmentally sound way for residents to properly dispose of medications.
