Porter Creek

Porter Creek is a tributary of Lake Charlevoix in Wilson and Eveline Townships. The Creek flows in a curvilinear northerly direction from its headwaters in central Wilson Township. The mouth of Porter Creek is at the town of Advance, about 3 miles west of Boyne City. Dyer Creek is a 3.6 mile named tributary of Porter Creek which flows in from the northwest. The two Creeks converge 1/3 mile upstream from Porter Creek’s mouth. There is little data we have on this stream so please contact us if you have any information you can provide.
